“It was perfection. The guide Lili gave us a great tour of the ghetto before the main event. Dai, the cooking class was so fun. We made pasta with an old crank machine. We were able to go into the kitchen with the chef and learned the secret of cacio e pepe. we had wine, our pasta, typical artichokes and zucchini blossoms (which we had made earlier). THEN we had a flightof desserts. Just a wonderful thing to do in Florence.”

Twee kleine 250 ml karafje om te delen met 5 personen is voor mij geen proeverij. Dat zou in de omschrijving anders benoemd moeten worden. En dat voor 98 euro pp. Prijs kwaliteitverhouding vond ik…”
