“First, the tour company was over priced. They made us pick up our ticket at a shoddy local. The office was not professional. The description was confusing, and we ended up paying for an Audio tour, using our own phones, which had we know we would have been more prepared with extra charging banks. Then We were told we could skip the long line and go to the front. Nope! Didn’t happen. Also we weren’t told that starting at 2:30, wouldn’t give us enough time to go to the Roman Forum. Everything closed at 4;30. So a waste of money. Two people cost 125 US. And we could have just…”
